Your adventure begins as you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, where our representative warmly welcomes you. After a short briefing, you’ll be transferred to your lodge in Arusha. You’ll settle in and relax, enjoying the tranquil surroundings of your lodge. If time permits, you can explore the vibrant town of Arusha or simply rest in preparation for the days ahead. Dinner will be served at the lodge.
After an early breakfast, you will set off on a scenic drive to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, you’ll marvel at the breathtaking vistas and stop for photos at the Ngorongoro Crater rim. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you will embark on an afternoon game drive. The Serengeti is home to the famous great migration, and its endless plains are teeming with predators, herbivores, and diverse bird species.
Today is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti. You’ll begin with an early morning game drive, the best time to witness predators on the hunt. After breakfast, you will continue searching for wildlife, including cheetahs, elephants, buffalos, and hippos. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a game drive or opt for an optional hot air balloon safari, which provides a bird’s-eye view of the park followed by a champagne breakfast.
After breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a haven for wildlife, including the rare black rhino, lions, and flamingos on the soda lakes. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in this natural amphitheater before ascending the crater walls and making your way back to Arusha. Depending on your departure time, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight home or to your next destination.
